How To Ask

Email [email protected] from the address you used with us, with the subject line "Delete my data". We will delete what we hold about you and reply to confirm it within 30 days. You do not need to give a reason.

What Gets Deleted

• Mailing list. Your email address, your name if you gave one, and any prize code from the spin. Every email we send also has an unsubscribe link that removes you straight away, without writing to us.
• Emails you sent us. Quotes and conversations about custom builds.
• Orders. Your contact and shipping details on any order. Payment records held by our payment processor, and the minimum a business is legally required to keep for tax, are kept for as long as the law requires and are deleted after that.

Our Facebook And Instagram App

KollectNoir uses a Meta app for one thing: publishing our own posts to the KollectNoir Facebook Page and Instagram account. It does not offer "Log in with Facebook", it does not ask anyone who sees our posts for permission to anything, and it does not collect or store information about the people who view, like or comment on them. Like and comment counts on our own posts are read as totals so we can see which posts do well; no names or profiles are stored.

Because the app holds no Facebook user data, there is nothing of yours in it to delete. If you would like a comment you left on one of our posts removed, you can delete it yourself on Facebook or Instagram, or email us and we will remove it.
