By accessing and using kollectnoir.com (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use the materials on KollectNoir's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars and may change without notice. Every piece is hand-built and one of a kind, so a price shown here reflects that build; a custom build is quoted separately once the scene, the scale and the size are agreed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at an incorrect price. Payment is taken through our eBay store, which carries eBay’s buyer protection. This site does not process payments or hold card details, and payment must clear before a piece ships.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or errors in your order. We will notify you if we cannot process your order.

Intellectual Property

The dioramas and props themselves, the photographs of them, the written descriptions, the KollectNoir name and logo, and the design of this site and of KN Town are the property of KollectNoir and are protected by United States and international copyright law.

This does not extend to third-party material. Film titles, character names, logos and poster or home-video cover artwork shown on this site belong to their respective owners, are used for identification only, and are not claimed as KollectNoir property. KollectNoir is an independent workshop and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any film studio, rights holder or toy manufacturer. Accounts

There are no accounts on this site. You do not register, you do not set a password, and there is nothing here for you to log into. If you buy a piece, that account is your eBay account and eBay’s terms cover it.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate KollectNoir or any employee, representative, or affiliate
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

Disclaimer

The materials on KollectNoir's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. KollectNoir makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
