KollectNoir is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by or in any way officially connected to any film studio, production company, distributor, rights holder, licensor or toy manufacturer, including but not limited to those whose films and products are referred to on this site.
All film titles, character names, logos, artwork and brand names referred to here are the property of their respective owners. They are used purely to describe the scene a piece depicts, or the figures a display base is sized to fit, so that a collector can tell what they are looking at. Their use here is descriptive and does not imply any association with, or endorsement by, the owner of the mark.
Cover art and film imagery
Poster and home-video cover artwork appears on this site — on the film shelves, on the film collection pages and inside the KN Town video store — to identify which film a build comes from. That artwork is the copyright of its respective owner and is reproduced here for identification and reference only. It is not for sale, it is not offered for download, and no claim of ownership is made over it.
If you own rights in any image used on this site and would rather it were not here, please get in touch and it will be removed promptly.
Trailers and video
No film footage is hosted on this site. Nothing is copied, re-uploaded, ripped or mirrored here, and no full films are made available.
The trailers shown in the KN Town cinema are official trailers published by the rights holders on their own YouTube channels — studio and distributor channels such as Amazon MGM Studios, Warner Bros. and Shout! Studios. They play through YouTube’s own embedded player, streamed by YouTube, subject to YouTube’s terms and to whatever the uploader has permitted. Embedding is switched off by the uploader when they do not want it; where a rights holder has done that, the trailer is simply not shown here.
Unofficial uploads and scene clips are deliberately not used. KollectNoir claims no rights in any trailer or film footage, and a tape with no official trailer on file shows photographs of the build instead.
Figures are not included
Display bases and dioramas are sized to suit common collector figure lines — 7-inch NECA figures, McFarlane Toys, Mezco One:12 Collective and similar. Those names are used only to describe fit. Action figures are not included with any piece unless the listing explicitly says so, and KollectNoir is not affiliated with any figure manufacturer.
What is ours
The dioramas, display bases and props themselves are original handmade works, built from scratch. The photographs of those builds, the written descriptions, the KollectNoir name and logo, and the design of this site and of KN Town are the property of KollectNoir. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Fan-made work
These pieces are made by a fan, for fans, as original handcrafted tributes to films worth obsessing over. They are one-off collector display pieces, not replicas produced under any licensing agreement and not an attempt to pass as official product.
Each build is an original work in wood, foam, resin and paint, made by hand from scratch. It depicts a setting from a film the way a painting or a model might — it is not a cast, a copy or a reproduction of any object, prop, artwork or footage from the production, and no part of any film is reproduced in it.
