The Myers house from Halloween (1978), built two storeys tall at 1:12 scale for 7 inch NECA figures. The front porch, the boarded windows and the period details are all there, built and painted by hand to match the house as it appears on screen. It is a centrepiece rather than a small shelf piece: at this scale a 7 inch figure stands at the porch at the right height, which is the whole reason to build a house this size. Built to order. The house in these photographs has a new home; yours is built by hand to match it, in about 4-6 weeks. Figure not included. Dimensions are shown in the pictures. Any questions, feel free to ask.
